Shipping & Delivery Policy 

At Mia & Leah Cape Town, we process and ship orders in accordance with the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy. This document provides clear and binding information regarding processing times, delivery estimates, shipping responsibilities, and customer obligations.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details, allowing the shipment to be monitored throughout transit.


Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery destination.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Peak shopping periods

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Carrier delays

  • Local postal service operations

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that delivery delays caused by such factors do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.


Shipping Method and Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

Depending on the customer’s country of residence, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Mia & Leah Cape Town has no control over customs processing times or import charges and accepts no liability for delays arising from customs inspections or regulatory procedures.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Shipping costs may vary based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

By completing the checkout process, the customer expressly agrees to the displayed shipping costs.


Responsibility During Shipping

Once tracking information confirms that a parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers fully to the customer.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and complete before confirming their order.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@mialeahcapetown.co.za. Failure to do so may result in delivery issues for which Mia & Leah Cape Town accepts no responsibility.

Mia & Leah Cape Town cannot be held liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
